Steph joined Blackdown Equine after graduating from the University of Bristol in 2020.
During her final year at university, she spent time at large equine hospitals in Bristol and Newmarket where she worked alongside specialists in all aspects of equine veterinary medicine. She is interested in surgery and pain management, but finds nothing more satisfying than seeing a laminitis case come sound again!
Steph competed up to national level show jumping as a teenager but now enjoys more leisurely rides (when she's not working!) on her horses, Touch, Rosie and China. She is also a qualified Scuba Diver and loves being by/in the sea.
